Kyli Day, MS, LCPC, LPC-S, CCS, serves as Clinical Director at Guardian Recovery, providing oversight for the Bishop Health Maine program. With a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and ongoing studies at Harvard Medical School in Clinical Service Operations, she brings diverse experience from community mental health, private practice, and residential treatment settings. Licensed in Maine and Colorado, Kyli specializes in treating co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. As a certified clinical supervisor, she is passionate about developing future mental health professionals while ensuring clients receive compassionate, effective care on their journey to recovery. Her dedication to helping individuals find hope and healing drives her commitment to clinical excellence at Guardian Recovery.

Our Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) offer structured, multi-disciplinary mental health treatment that provides several hours of daily therapeutic intervention while allowing patients to return home each evening, combining group therapy, individual counseling, psychiatric care, and skill-building activities in a supportive community environment.
