Treatment Services

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

An intensive outpatient program (IOP) for mental health is a unique treatment strategy created to offer complete assistance to people with mental health disorders who do not need round-the-clock hospital care. The planned and adaptable treatment schedule provided by this program enables participants to receive therapy, counseling, and support while still managing their everyday obligations and duties.

IOPs often combine individual counseling, group therapy, psychoeducation, and medication management, all of which are adapted to each participant’s unique requirements. An IOP’s main objective is to provide the tools and coping mechanisms needed to properly manage their mental health condition and avoid reverting. IOPs establish a setting where people may openly discuss their experiences, difficulties, and feelings with others who can connect by providing a supportive and nonjudgmental atmosphere.

Additionally, IOPs concentrate on the root causes and precipitating factors of mental health disorders in addition to symptom treatment. Participants learn more about their condition and create better coping skills by addressing these core causes through treatment and counseling. Group therapy sessions can offer a sense of community and support, lowering feelings of loneliness and establishing a supporting network of people who are aware of the particular difficulties associated with mental health.

Reviews

Excellent
The one word that comes to mind when I hear the organization Guardian Recovery is “trust”. The staff is dedicated to transforming you into a sober, productive member of society and gifts you with the tools to live a clean, healthy life. If you or a friend/family member are struggling with addiction I would recommend any of their locations to start making a positive, hopeful change in there life.
I really needed help when I called. Within 5 minutes I received a call back. The intake staff were very caring, was able to get a bed that day. They even step up transportation for me because I live 3 hours north. Can't say enough good things about these guys.
When I made the decision to enroll in an inpatient recovery facility. My wife (through her work in the medical field) recommended Pinetree.

Having reached a point to where I was ‘all in’; my wife arranged for me to be contacted. Soon Shannon and Brian from Pinetree’s Intake/Admissions reached out to me and to my wife.

All matters were taken into consideration and I was pleasantly surprised and very pleased with the process.

I needed a couple of days to make personal arrangements and Pinetree handled the rest from coordinating my transportation to Portland, to assisting and securing my FMLA and Short Term.

Shannon and Brian both kept in constant contact with my wife and myself all the way through to the medical intake.

Medical intake and attention provided after was very reassuring and stress free.
