Meet The People You Will Be Working With

Dr. Sedgewick

DO

Dr. Sedgewick is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist. She completed her fellowship in Women’s Mental Health from Harvard Medical School-affiliated McLean Hospital in Belmont, Massachusetts. Dr. Sedgewick is Board-Certified in psychiatry and addiction medicine, and whose expertise is in treating substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, personality and anxiety disorders.  Her area of interest is in treating women with substance use disorders exposure to intimate partner violence.

Dr. Benjamin Crocker

MD

Dr. Benjamin Crocker is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist living in Portland, ME. Dr. Crocker completed a residency at Los Angeles County – U S C Medical Center. Dr. Crocker has worked for the last 30 years to change the vision of mental health treatment. He has worked closely with Bishop Health to develop an integrative MH IOP program that will serve the Greater Portland Community.

Ali Tetrault

APRN

Ali is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. (PMHNP) Ali has a decade of nursing experience to precede her transition to the NP role with several years in behavioral health and the treatment of substance use disorders. Ali’s NP training and current work has focused on working with an array of mental health disorders with Assertive Community Treatment Teams as well as outpatient medication management treatment of schizophrenia spectrum disorders and post traumatic stress disorder. Ali is excited to be part of Bishop Health to help people restart their road to recovery.

Chad Saint-Amant

PMHNP

Chad Saint-Amant is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). Chad completed his clinical training and obtained his master’s degree at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. His clinical interests include dual diagnosis, mood disorders and incorporating novel treatments into a comprehensive practice. Chad employs a pragmatic approach to the identification and treatment of psychiatric disorders and he enjoys partnering with the patients he works with on their journey to a happier life.

Gabrielle Bowker

F-NP

Gabrielle is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who specializes in addiction medicine. She completed her Bachelors of Science in Nursing and the University of Maine in 2011, and obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine in 2019. She holds a national certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Randi Bruneau

LCSW, LADC, CSS

Randi has over two decades of experience in the field of mental health and addictions. As a therapist, Randi believes it is an honor to work with her clients, and that people deserve a safe space to be validated for their life experience. Her passion is helping people rebuild healthier foundations and considers it one of the greatest gifts someone can give themselves. Randi has extensive familiarity with crisis intervention, structural family work, and intensive work with recovery from addiction, mental health, and trauma. In addition, she is also a Registered Yoga Instructor and Reiki I, II practitioner, bringing balance to her overall practice.

Sara Marchon

LCSW

Sara Marchon earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Services Counseling with minors in Addiction Treatment and Addiction Prevention. Sara immediately started her Masters program in Social Work while working as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Both degrees were obtained at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Once her Masters was completed Sara continued on for clinical licensure and became a Clinical Social Worker in July 2017. Sara has since continued her education and received her Doctorate of Social Work in 2021.

Sara has worked with many populations including, but not limited to: court mandated clients, adolescents, substance abuse, acute psychiatric patients. Sara also works with those struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and psychosis.

Sara provides an understanding of all clientele and works with clients to build on their strengths and find their voice. Sara will work with individuals and/or couples to assist in finding the solutions to their struggles.

Allison Hart

LCPC, CADC

Allison received her MS in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2015. With over 17 years of field experience, Allison believes that the client is the expert on themselves and sees her role as that of a facilitator, guide, and teacher. Allison has experience with integrating CBT, DBT, and other modalities into trauma-informed practice. Utilizing a holistic, mindful, and trauma-informed approach, she strives to hold a safe space in which a person can find their own answers. When not at her practice, Allison enjoys time with her loved ones, caring for her many plants, reading, doing crossword puzzles, playing disc golf, spending time at the beach or in nature, and traveling any chance she gets. Allison is passionate about social justice and operates from a strengths-based empowerment perspective that seeks to honor and empower those who feel marginalized and/or experience discrimination.

Jayne Weisberg

LCPC, LADC

Jayne has been practicing as a Mental Health and Substance Use Clinician for over 15 years. Jane received her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Southern Maine. Prior to attending grad school, she practiced as an Occupational Therapist, which helped shape her view of her clients in a holistic manner. Jayne believes in treating the whole person, not just their symptoms or diagnoses, and meeting them where they are at in their journey. She uses CBT, Motivational Interviewing, as well as other modalities in an opportunity to help her clients seek progress, not perfection. When not working, Jayne is an avid reader, a pet lover, and loves to travel and cook.

Sarah McVicar

LCPC, LADC

Sarah received her MS in Co-occurring Disorders Recovery Counseling from Metropolitan State University. She draws on her experience working in outpatient and community-based settings with funny, resilient, and courageous individuals with a wide range of co-occurring substance use, trauma-related, and other mental health disorders. Prior to becoming a therapist, Sarah served as a Recovery Navigator and Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS).

Sarah is passionate about combating the stigma associated with mental health conditions and respecting the dignity, humanity, and autonomy of every individual. She uses a person-centered, holistic, strengths-based approach to meet clients where they are and support them in creating lives of personal fulfillment, meaning, and joy.

Sarah also holds an MBA in Sustainability and an undergraduate degree in philosophy. Her interests include nature, mindfulness, reading, humor and creative expression. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor adventures, animals and extending her Wordle streak.

Julie Kelbert

CRNA

Julie Kelbert graduated from the University of New England Nurse Anesthesiologist program. She serves her patients and profession in a variety of roles including education, clinical practice, mentoring, and development of testing standards. Ms. Kelbert loves using scientific research and innovation to bring evidence-based therapy into all aspects of her practice.

Jordan Levesque

CTMST

Jordan Levesque is a Certified Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Technician (TMS). She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Saint Anselm College in 2019 and plans to obtain a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Jordan has a passion for mental health and wants to use her experiences to become a trauma-informed Child Psychologist.

Milana Austin

Milana Austin is originally from Idaho but moved to Maine in 2019 to pursue a life of sobriety and recovery. Through personal and professional growth, she has developed a passion for helping others and is excited to expand her knowledge in the field of mental health. Milana is a certified TMS technician and is working as Bishop Health’s Practice Coordinator. When not working, Milana can be found exploring New England or enjoying a good book.
